The Dogwood II Project located in Albany, GA, once complete, will add 2 Buildings housing 40 Apartments designed for 55 and up, as well as a new community building to the sites existing property. The property offers access to many local establishments from parks to restaurants and more! The new construction buildings are comprised of wood-framed structures with masonry and cement exterior siding finishes, vinyl windows, and fiberglass shingles.
Combined, the buildings will house 40 Tenant units comprised of Twenty 1-bedroom units and and Twenty 2-bedroom units including ADA units. The project also offers amenities including Gathering Rooms, Craft Room, On Site Laundry, Computer Center, Break Area and Community Activity Room. Finishes for the interior include LVT and carpet flooring, shaker millwork cabinetry with solid surface tops.
This project is expected to be complete in Fall of 2026.
