Overall Building mix consists of: 1 clubhouse, and 52 Unit Plexes ((19) Six Plex, (22) Four Plex, and (11) Duplex) for a total of 224 Units. Each building is wood frame construction with Brick and Hardie siding, Fiberglass Casement Windows and Asphalt Roofing.
This is a prevailing wage project that is expected to Break Ground in Fall 2026
