The Lockwood of Ann Arbor Project, once complete, will be a 154 unit independent Senior Living Apartment building. The property offers amazing views of the Ann Arbor Skyline while being located just outside of the downtown city limits. The building is comprised of a wood-framed structure with masonry and vinyl exterior siding finishes, vinyl windows, asphalt, and membrane roofing.
The building will house 154 Tenant units comprised of 1 and 2-bedroom units as well as an additional Hospitality Suite for overnight visitors. Throughout the common space, there will be multiple amenity areas. which include multiple Sitting Rooms with gas fireplaces, Bistro Café, Library, Main Dining Room, and two attached Private Dining Rooms serviced by the Commercial Kitchen. The building amenities also include an Arts and Crafts room, Movie and TV rooms, Chapel, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Barber/Beauty, Clinic, Game Room, Multi-purpose rooms, and Tenant Laundry Services through the commercial Laundry Facilities. Finishes for the interior include LVT and custom carpet flooring, custom millwork cabinetry with solid surface tops, and tile backsplashes.
The building is tentatively scheduled for completion the second quarter of 2024.
