Lockwood Construction is excited to announce we broke ground on our next project – Haverhill on Clark MSHDA #4010! A beautiful modern affordable multi-family housing development, 295 units divided into two buildings, each four stories in height. This new Lockwood Development is located in Pittsfield Township, Michigan. First unit deliveries anticipated early 2025.
