The Regional Manager is responsible for a portfolio of
approximately 8 properties. The Regional Manager is
responsible for the overall performance of their
properties, including staff management and recruiting,
property oversight, analyzing day-to-day operations,
budgeting, expense control, compliance and elevated
conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Multi-site experience
- Subsidized or tax credit experience preferred
but not required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced
environment
- Ability to evaluate, hire and retain excellent
employees
- Excellent communication skills
