We are looking for Property Managers at a variety of
our locations in Wayne, Oakland and Genesee County. The
Property Manager is responsible for the overall
management of the site including planning, marketing,
leasing, fiscal management, maintenance supervision and
administration, and supervision of all site personnel.
Qualifications:
Site experience
Subsidized or tax credit experience preferred by
not required
Ability to evaluate, hire and retain excellent
employees
Excellent communication, organization and
customer service skills
