Are you tired of your boring desk job? Is it a struggle to get up and go to work each morning? If this is how you feel now in your current industry, things will not get any better any time soon. If you are looking for a change that will immediately uplift your spirits, wellness, and overall happiness, look no further than property management careers.
City Of Southfield
A few years ago, the City of Southfield Non-Profit Housing Corporation tasked Lockwood Companies with providing professional management services to three communities in the city, all of which housed diverse senior resident populations. Recently, two of the developments were completed. The $19.8 million makeover came thanks to a Michigan State Housing Development Authority tax credit.
Michele Henderson, a manager with Lockwood, stated “(The residents) are extremely happy, and they’ve been waiting a long time to have the new upgrades. We’re very happy for them. Most of our residents have lived here for a very long time, so they’re excited to have the new apartments.”
Imagine the smile on Michele’s face when she walked in and saw the renovated apartments for the first time? Or when she was able to speak with each of her residents and was able to listen to them rave about how happy they were with the project? This could be you! A career in project management with Lockwood Companies allows for employee happiness and wellness.
